"Project Rise" stands for "Realizing Individual Success and Excellence”. The program focusses on personal growth and achieving excellence in professional and personal life.

This comprehensive personality development program aims to equip school children with the skills and qualities they need to become confident, responsible, and socially engaged individuals. It not only enhances their personal development and makes them more employable but also contributes to the betterment of the community. Regular assessments and feedback mechanisms helps ensure the program's effectiveness and continuous improvement.

"PARIVARTAN 2024"

EduRize India Foundation organized a Change Management Workshop, “PARIVARTAN”, for Dr. Reddy's frontline employees. This dynamic five-hour session was held at the picturesque Golden Tulip Resort in Panchkula to equip 300 participants with essential tools and strategies for navigating change effectively. The workshop started with engaging ice-breaking activities and progressed with the Marshmallow Challenge, Puzzle Race, etc., underscoring the importance of resilience and adaptability in a VUCA environment. Participants embraced this fun and insightful challenge, making complex concepts more relatable and memorable. The session was built around enhancing adaptability and fostering a positive mindset towards change.

Project ASHA

Project Asha, run by the EduRize India Foundation, is a mission-driven initiative aimed at uplifting marginalised students through targeted educational support and financial aid. Project Asha offers academic and personal mentorship, along with free after-school tuition and mentoring, to students from underprivileged backgrounds, covering key subjects upto Class 12. Qualified instructors and volunteers support students in building foundational knowledge, improving exam performance, and preparing them for higher education or vocational pathways. Beyond school education, eligible youth receive financial support to enrol in skill-based or vocational programs.

Project "Shakuntala Adlakha School Upliftment Program (SASUP)"

The SASUP Project aims to support government and low-income private schools in India by providing need-based infrastructure that fosters a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment. Through detailed assessments, the project identifies gaps such as lack of classrooms, sanitation, drinking water, electricity, libraries, and digital tools, and addresses them based on each school's specific needs. A key focus of the initiative is to create child-friendly environments that are welcoming and safe, particularly for girls, students with disabilities, and children from underprivileged communities. In doing so, SASUP ensures that all students, regardless of their background, can learn in a space that respects their needs and promotes holistic growth. To ensure long-term impact, the project also establishes systems for regular maintenance, community participation, and periodic reviews.
